We have 2 log fires for the short winters, mains sewage, telephone and broadband, mobile coverage, rubbish collected from communal bins. We are 15 mins from numerous beaches, 25 mins from Murcia Airport, 40 mins from the Sierra Espuna mountains. There are main great golf courses in the region and well over 300 days of sunshine per year. Other activities; bird watching, walking, fishing to name a few, there is normally something going on to keep you busy and to attract visitors.
