| Self employed female caring professional with a 12yr old son in high school, looking to move into a rural property, preferably with land or available field to rent, in Kelso area, Scottish Borders. For January/ February 2017.
Looking for rural, preferably detached, property with low cost/ reasonable rent. Around £370-500 pcm. Happy to maintain premises and help out, long term let preferred. I have pets. Two dogs, one small terrier one medium sized retriever. A rabbit and a horse. Would need accessible land for horse with natural shelter and water. Can be separate negotiation for land but no more than £600 per yr and up to 4 acres. Experience in care field, care work/home help, and willing to exchange care-work for reduced rent. Can provide references from previous landlords and employers if required. Though we are new to the Scottish Borders, my son has really settled well and we would really like to remain here, however if the right property was to come up further afield we would consider relocating. My horse is currently in Wales and would be looking to move with us. Thank you |
