| I am looking for an unfurnished cottage on a long term let to move to with my 3 children and a cat.
I would like enough space to bring my greenhouse and grow some veggies and the possibility of grazing for a horse (although if not possible I could look for this separately if a cottage ticked all the other boxes) I can provide references from my current landlord stating that I have lived here for over 8 years and never been late with any payments or caused any damage. I have worked as a self employed gardener for the past 6 years so am not afraid of a bit of hard work to get somewhere back into shape in return for a reduction in rent. My preference is that I am able to redecorate as I choose so am happy to take on somewhere that needs some TLC but do need central heating (no storage heaters please). Ideally I would like to move after New Year 2018 but I am flexible on dates as long as I have 2 months notice. |
