We are looking for a large farmhouse/smallholding in the South Devon area to rent long term. Separate accommodation or potential to create other accommodation would be great. We do not mind if the property needs work or things completing etc. We are very flexible & happy to give our time & experience for the right opportunity & property. We would be very happy to take on a project & or something that may have previously been seen as unrentable. We are a family of Carers who have lived & worked in Torbay for many years. We work with learning disabled adults & would like to grow the business & branch out into other areas but we need more space in which to do this & we also need a more rural setting to create a retreat environment with quiet & calm. Absolutely anything considered. Excellent references. Rental terms & costs all negotiable for the right property. Thank you for reading. |
