Any prospective purchaser must however, if they wish, assure themselves on this point. The road is semi paved and in good condition. Only the "Osel-Ling" Buddhist Center, inaugurated by the dalai lama, is higher. With its command of the valley, it would be perfect for a Yoga/Retreat centre, luxury home, or hotel. There is an impressive threshing circle at the front of the property that could be converted into a panoramic pool.
