Hi,
I need your help, I'm a disabled ex-soldier suffering badly with PTSD and depression. Living where I do now is becoming more and more difficult with every passing day. My partner and I and our dog Max are desperate to find somewhere quiet, rural or semi rural and out of the way so that I can try and live out the rest of my life in peace and without the constant noise of speeding vehicles, sirens, stolen motorbikes and drunken idiots depriving me of what little sleep I already get. We're in a position to (possibly) buy but with a very small budget of around £140,000, that's what our house is worth at the moment so we could sell up or even just do a straight swap with someone if that's desireable...What keeps me going is being able to fish, shoot and walk short distances with my dog, we'd love to be able to keep a few animals to subsidise our existence but we're open to whatever's out there. What would be perfect would be the ability to occasionally offer the possibility of accommodation to other veterans in need for a day or two so that they can also benefit from the environment, so if either you or you know someone who's willing to help a veteran(s) in need, please contact me asap and let me know.
