We are a couple, two teenage daughters, one 4 year old son looking for a minimum 3 bed property with minimum 15 (the more land the better) acres suitable for livestock enterprise. We want to rear Pedigree Cattle and Rare Breed Livestock. We would love a property that was habitable but in need of TLC and of course would accept that should we choose to leave (improbable to be honest) that we would not be able to re-claim any tenant improvements. That said we are looking for a long term rental/tenancy/lease. We run a small logistics business so we would not be expecting receipts from the smallholding to cover all our costs.
