| Hello All, we are a family of 5 and are looking for a property that is at least three bedroomed, we would prefer rural and even isolated, we have one dog (jack Russell) and have several chickens. We are both self employed with the wife running a catering van thus we don't have any issues with location, I would like to expand the chickens so that my egg supply business can grow, we use a permaculture method with our chickens and they would be grazed within their pens this prevents damage to land and losses to the foxes etc. In terms of the property we havnt got any issues with doing improvements, the property that we are in now (which has now been sold) the only constraint we said to the landlord was to ensure the roof was sound we would do the rest (I am too big to climb roofs), we don't mind paying for insurance on boilers etc gas safety check etc. We also don't mind spending money on improvements like new kitchens etc all what we need is a chance, the house that we currently live in was a right state when we moved in, we have now got it to a decent standard unfortunately due to the mother in law being ill and wanting to move to warmer climate she has sold he house and we couldn't afford the £300k price tag. We havnt got any ties and can move within 2 weeks - but for us time is at a premium as our children need to settle in the school relatively quickly so not to disrupt their exams etc. Again we require at least three bedrooms and a couple of acreas we are no hassle tenants and will look after your investment.
