We are interested in a home to care for, land to be guardians too where we can keep a few animals and grow veges. We have a 18 ft yurt that we run community gatherings in. We are a writer and film maker working and traveling abroad, need a home that is a safe haven and sanctuary to return to. We would be happy to look after a home that is in need. Must have large garden or land, preferably water nearby. 3 bedrooms preferably any condition and happy to renovate. We could swop a house in Brighton, small with garden near Universtities, walking distance to town and train. Worth £250,000. Rentable for £1200 per month. We can afford to rent for around £700 per month or buy for £250,000 Any ideas welcome. |
