Looking to Rent
Title 3 Bed Rural House by June
Preferred Location Sussex
I am looking for a long term rental of a rural property with potential to be as self sufficient as possible i.e enough space to have a vegetable garden, some chickens and ducks, and maybe a couple of goats.

I am looking for 3 bedrooms, preferably with 1 in a self contained annex (my sister lives with me but would like her own space). I have a dog and two cats who would be coming too.

I work in Brighton so it would need to be somewhere that I could commute in from, but I would like it to be some where without the constant hubub of cars and neighbours. I have lived for the past 15 years in busy parts of Brighton - at the moment I have student houses on either side of me so I am really looking for somewhere quiet. Another drive for me to move to the countryside is my cat who recently lost a leg in a car accident and who is desperate to get outside again - but until we live in absolute remoteness that can't happen!!

As I work, rent would never be a problem. I am happy to do DIY/re-decorate, and although a lovely country cottage would be the ideal, I would consider anything. I currently pay £900/month in rent but could look to pay more if needed.

Please consider me :-)
