| We are looking to rent or lease very long term, initially for at least 3 years with the intention of much longer, a secluded and very rural farm/smallholding/equestrian or kennels property with land and outbuildings. It must be totally for our own use and have no neighbours. Must accept animals/livestock. Grazing pasture needed. The property will need to have, or be able to gain permission for running a business from.
We are completely open to property type and condition (we don't mind doing some work if needed), the land and location are the most important thing. Farm type buildings are crucial. We have our own kenneling system which can be fitted into exsiting buildings. Stabling, equestrian facilities and/or other kenneling facilities would be a huge bonus. We currently rent an old farm, with ten acres of paddock for our own horses and livestock. We also have access to walk and ride on 50 plus acres of arable field (round the edges and along the tracks). The farm we are on is arable and livestock (beef cattle) so our dogs are entirely used to that environment. We have excellent relationships with our landlords, the tenant farmers, both arable and livestock and our gamekeeper. We have been at our current property for several years. We are only looking for a new property as our landlords are property developers and are planning to start redeveloping the property and the surrounding land later this year. They have stated they are very happy to relocate us themselves, however that will be to another potential development property and we would dearly like to find a permanent base. If you think you have a property suitable for our needs, we would love to hear from you. Our rental price depends on the property location, land and outbuildings. We are prepared to pay 6 months rent in advance to secure the right property. We would also be interested in properties to rent with a view to buy in future.
