| Hi there, my wife and I are looking for a 3 bed property as a family home with at least 1 acre of land, preferably with poly tunnel or glass house already erected (if not a property that would be willing for 1 to be erected). Within the property we would like a wood burning stove with either gas or oil heating. A barn or outbuilding nearby would be helpful. We are looking to grow vegetables and herbs on the land so it would need to be suitable for this purpose. We will also be keeping chickens and a couple of pigs (in due course). Gravity fed water or pond/reservoir or at the very least mains water at stand pipe essential. Good access to road from land and property is a must. We would also like to be near local markets be they town or city. To top it all off it would be a great bonus if the land is organically certified or has been organically managed - with the option to buy in the future! Of course we are asking for the ideal property here, but we are open to properties that may not have all of these features.
