| Hi we are a professional couple looking for a smallholding or house with land (very large garden) in Somerset or nearby to rent.
Property must be available for at least 12 months with flexibility for longer term. Must be ok with pets and chickens, ideally with outbuildings or sheds and ideally with no near neighbours, not on a busy road and with 3 beds + although this is flexible. Houses with annexes or offices are of particular interest. We are looking to pay in the region of £1200 per month up to £1400 for an exceptional property or one that meets all of our requirements, are flexible on locations and are excellent reliable tenants as we are landlords ourselves; our plan is to move to Somerset asap and in future we hope to buy in the area once we get to know it so a rent with the possibility of purchase may suit us in the long run but in the short term a long term rent is just as good.
